Two striking images come for us, from the moment we first set eyes upon this emotionally charged, compelling acryl on canvas piece. We see an iconic Ford Mustang parked. In front of this classic car stands a beautiful nude woman. The woman has a hand above her eyes, and she is looking to something. It stands to reason that she wants to know who is driving the car. Unfortunately, we don’t know either, so we can’t say with any kind of certainty what is going to happen next. She is clearly captivated by something. Available in the form of wall art.

I love to present works that challenge our perceptions of the world around us. For example, our relationship to advertising visuals and slogans is often a complex one. When we take these artificial concepts, and combine them with an example of humanity that has been stripped down to its core, the results can be quite fascinating.
