MAGA is the hollow refrain of people who do not understand the dire situation we find ourselves in. As we continue to obsess and dedicate our money and attention to the military industrial complex, climate change wreaks havoc across the globe. Suffice to say that if we don’t do something about this situation soon, the idea of the State of Liberty under water isn’t going to be so fantastical. The time to act is now. This stirring piece makes an emotional plea to take climate change seriously. Are you going to be someone who is up to the challenge of making America great again?

I love to present works that challenge our perceptions of the world around us. For example, our relationship to advertising visuals and slogans is often a complex one. When we take these artificial concepts, and combine them with an example of humanity that has been stripped down to its core, the results can be quite fascinating. I am a Belgian artist with interests in both classical and contemporary art. I particularly love the opportunity to bring those things together in the most unique ways I can imagine.
