The Jaguar can come in two forms. In this memorable, beautiful piece, we see a classic example of the iconic Jaguar vehicle. Near to the car, as though it is leaping out right at you, is the animal jaguar. Both are capable of expressing the same thoughts. Both are examples of power, beauty, and grace. These are qualities that when expressed in a certain way, are capable of taking on a quality that can only be described as timeless. I love to present works that challenge our perceptions of the world around us. For example, our relationship to advertising visuals and slogans is often a complex one. When we take these artificial concepts, and combine them with an example of humanity that has been stripped down to its core, the results can be quite fascinating. I am a Belgian artist with interests in both classical and contemporary art. I particularly love the opportunity to bring those things together in the most unique ways I can imagine.
