Most of us understand that loneliness can come in many forms. It can capture our hearts at any given moment. Whether you are physically alone, or if you feel alone in a large crowd, this nude woman lost in lonesome thought can speak to your feelings. There are even times in which we can even feel alone in the company of just one person we love very much. When that happens, it isn’t difficult to imagine the simple structure that traps the subject in this picture. All of us have been there. This piece is available as t-shirts, wall art, or interior products.

I love to present works that challenge our perceptions of the world around us. For example, our relationship to advertising visuals and slogans is often a complex one. When we take these artificial concepts, and combine them with an example of humanity that has been stripped down to its core, the results can be quite fascinating. I am a Belgian artist with interests in both classical and contemporary art. I particularly love the opportunity to bring those things together in the most unique ways I can imagine. While you can find examples of holiday pieces, or tranquil scenes of nature or animals, I am particularly fond of pieces that combine classic art elements with modern sensibilities.
