Artist's Description
This beautifully restored Bentley 8 liter from 1931 is a classic car that was made to be a profitable investment back in the early 1930s. The model cost the equivalent of $293k in today's money, but the lack of a luxurious interior was a major concern for Rolls Royce. Only 100 examples were built, and they've remained in a private collection ever since. Sadly, the company went bankrupt during the Depression years, but the company's eight-liter was a major asset to their business and the future of the automobile industry. These cars regularly fetch $800,000 and $1 million at auctions, and they're often seen at Concours events.
The 1931 Bentley 8 liter was a luxury car unmatched by any other vehicle at the time. It cost $9000 for a chassis and was a very fast car, reaching up to 100 mph. The second model, which was W.O. Bentley's personal car, was produced by a different company. The car was one of the most luxurious cars ever produced, and it was considered a modern classic.

While you can find examples of holiday pieces, or tranquil scenes of nature or animals, I am particularly fond of pieces that combine classic art elements with modern sensibilities. Through my portfolio, you can find examples...
