Available as canvas wall art or framed wall art, Swans in a Pond depicts a peaceful scene of nature. We see two swans moving along together. We see the gentle, pristine water. As we stare longer, we begin to take in the rest of the background. The mountains are spectacular. The trees are wise and beautiful. There are some wondrous details to these things. Taken as a whole, this is an image we would love to come across in our own day to day lives. We would love the chance to sit somewhere nearby, take in the perfect weather, and watch the swans in the pond.

I love to present works that challenge our perceptions of the world around us. For example, our relationship to advertising visuals and slogans is often a complex one. When we take these artificial concepts, and combine them with an example of humanity that has been stripped down to its core, the results can be quite fascinating. I am a Belgian artist with interests in both classical and contemporary art. I particularly love the opportunity to bring those things together in the most unique ways I can imagine.
