Two beautiful deer stand by a cool, gorgeous lake. One of the deer has dipped its head gently to have a drink. The other deer’s attention has been taken by something. Is a hunter nearby? We don’t know, but we can imagine the scene will continue to be peaceful. The other deer seems to be quite calm. This is a stunning work of fine art that depicts the beauty of nature. I love to present works that challenge our perceptions of the world around us. For example, our relationship to advertising visuals and slogans is often a complex one. When we take these artificial concepts, and combine them with an example of humanity that has been stripped down to its core, the results can be quite fascinating.
