Artist's Description

A nude woman sits surrounded by darkness. However, the scene we are witnessing in this acryl on canvas piece is not completely immersed in darkness. Despite the darkness that surrounds her, the woman is in fact bathed in a heavy light from a single source. The source looks like a powerful one, so it seems strange that she would stare straight into it. We don’t know why she might do this, but she seems intently committed. What is the light showing her? What is it saying? Available as wall art, t-shirts, or as interior home décor products.
