There are so many unique features and details that make this one car the ultimate sports car. One of the first questions that one might ask is "What makes the Mercedes 300SL Gullwing a sports car?" This car has some very sleek lines to it. For one thing, the roof has been lowered to give it a more aerodynamic look. It also helps the air flow around the car because it is a low-flowing car which makes the air flow more gentle and allows the car to grip the road better when you are driving.
The car seats very well and are a great deal higher than other cars in the market. In fact, some people would think that this car would not fare well in a sport like motocross racing, but the reality is that the Gullwing can handle this kind of sport very well. Some people would compare it to a car such as a Honda Civic, which is a very sports car. This is due to the sheer agility of the engine as it can rev the Gullwing up to a blistering drive of 7 miles per hour or more.
