In total, only 34 Ferrari Testa Rossa's were produced between 1956 and 1961. "Testa Rossa" means "red head", which refers to the red coloured cylinder heads. Of the best-known model, the 250 TR, only two factory and nineteen customer cars were built between '57 and '58. After the 250 GTO, the Testa Rossa is the most valuable Ferrari, with cars auctioned for more than six million euros[1]. The very first car (which competed in the 1958 Le Mans 24 Hours) was sold in 2011 for more than 11.4 million euros, a record price at the time for a Ferrari TR –
